Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 heaping handful of frozen spinach
- approximately half of a banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
Blend all ingredients in a blender or using an immersion blender. This recipe makes approximately 1.5 cups, which is one serving size for me.
