Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves: 1          Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 heaping handful of frozen spinach
  • approximately half of a banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter


Blend all ingredients in a blender or using an immersion blender. This recipe makes approximately 1.5 cups, which is one serving size for me.
