Tuna Avocado Bowl

This is another quick and easy recipe that’s great for lunch.


Serves: 2                    Prep Time: 5 minutes                    Ready In: 5 minutes


  • 1 can of flaked tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of chopped peppers
  • 8 cherry tomatos, halved
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • crumbled goat cheese, if desired


  1. Put avocado and tuna in a bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Add sliced veggies, raisins and walnuts
  3. Top with crumbled goat cheese
  4. Serve with veggies, crackers or enjoy it in a wrap
