Quinoa Granola Bars

This is a quick and easy homemade granola bar recipe that’s peanut-free and sugar-free.


Serves: 6-8                    Prep Time: 10 minutes                    Ready In: Overnight


  • 1/3 cup sunflower butter
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  1. Combine sunflower butter, banana, egg and vanilla in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined
  3. Place in a square baking sheet and refrigerate overnight
  4. Cut into square and enjoy
