Cranberry Sauce

I’ve made many variations of cranberry sauce, but this is the first I enjoyed enough to write down and share with others.


Serves: 4          Prep Time: 10 minutes          Ready In: 30 minutes


  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce


  1. Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat
  2. Reduce heat, stirring and mushing cranberries for 5 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and let cool, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving
